I think we can approve it, but before we do that, we need a Confidentiality Agreement from your agency.
A basic agreement that says that the information/files etc., that will be handed over to you will remain confidential.
Can you do this?

Can you please give me a quote for the attached file.
PowerPoint file.

Instructions: no need to translate the pictures (screen shots of computer screen), pictures in which there are no editable text boxes.
For example page 30. The upper bigger picture needs no translation, however, the items at the bottom should all be translated. as well as the title on top of the page.
Do you understand?
