认证翻译的原文一般是由客户拍照或扫描后发来的电子版本，往往会不很清晰。而且认证翻译后的文件都要打印盖章，客户用这个翻译认证文件作为法律文件来使用，意义更为重大。为了避免发生错误，尤其是人名地名数字等错误，我们都会请客户亲自审查翻译初稿，然后我们再打印盖章邮寄。最近翻译的一个单身证明就校对出一个人名翻译错误，大家知道法律文件认证翻译件中人名是第一重要的，如果不校对修改就提交客户就麻烦大了。
这也进一步印证了我们一再强调的，译者因疏忽或笔误而导致的自认为是小错误的问题往往会导致严重后果。

I've received the two translated documents. There is only one error on both documents. One of my names has been spelled incorrectly: Kenneth. You've spelled it "Kennth" on both, when the original has an "e". As for the Chinese, as far as I can tell it looks good. Your translation skills are far better than mine.
One last question. Will I receiving a stamped certified copy of these translations?
