After the exhibition I am a little bit surprised of the amount you charged us.
I had some contact with other business people on the exhibition who had some interpretation people.
The most of them paid for these days around xxx US dollar, even some people paid only xxx US dollar.
I have no problem to pay you but I will ask you to reconsider the total amount taken in consideration above facts.
We also can only do the final payment if we get the global invoice.

Different company has different rate. Different interpreter has different rate. As we already agreed, the total amount is USD xxx for the 3.33 days service, including the service on Dec 14.
Considering your idea about other company prices, I like to decrease the total price to USD xxx.
I will send you an invoice tomorrow.
