会议背景介绍: The 2014 7th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing (CISP 2014) and the 2014 7th International Conference on BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (BMEI 2014) will be held in Dalian, China. CISP-BMEI 2014 is a premier international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state-of-the-art of multimedia, signal processing, biomedical engineering and informatics and to discuss future research challenges. Dalian is the largest port in northern China and a major tourist destination. Compared to some ancient capital cities in China, Dalian is a young city with only a 100-year history, boasting gorgeous landscapes, a pleasant climate, unique architecture, and numerous attractions, some ranking AAAAA (the best in tourism nationwide), for example, Laohutan Ocean Park (attracting over 200 million tourists annually), Ji Di Guan - Pole Aquarium, Bangchuidao Island, Shengya Aquarium, Bingyu Valley Scenic Area, Zhongshan Square, Dalian Forest Zoo, and Dalian Discovery Kingdom (a huge theme park).
