会议背景介绍： 第五届中日隧道安全与风险研讨会日程将于2014年10月金秋季节在日本北海道札幌召开。届时，将与亚洲岩石力学会议共同召开。中日隧道安全与风险研讨会将安排在亚洲岩石力学会议的第一天。会议由同济大学黄宏伟教授和日本长崎大学的蒋宇静教授共同主持。
征文范围及要求： 21st centenary is urbanization. More and more tunneling works are or will be under construction. Much more attention will be paid to the safety and risk caused by tunneling, especially to the influence on nearby structure, road, pipeline and other infrastructure. The workshop is open to discuss the influence analysis on structure, road and pipeline by tunneling, risk assessment and management in tunneling and underground works, harmonization design between soil or rock and structural safety, mitigation measures in tunneling hazard and risk-based tunneling maintenance method.
