There has been tremendous progress in the research, development, and regulatory acceptance of DSA in recent years and the organizers of IEEE DySPAN 2014 encourage submissions that exhibit recent success stories and research results.
The special themes for 2014 are advanced spectrum sngineering and regulatory approaches focusing on sharing Government spectrum (e.g.: S-band RADAR), novel spectrum sharing methods and policies, business and economic modeling studies, and systems oriented research. 征文范围及要求: The program seeks original and unpublished work not currently under review by any other technical journals/magazines/conferences, but welcomes opportunities for interdisciplinary teams to present previous policy work to the technical audience.
