会议背景介绍： Having previously only been held at venues in Europe, the UK andtheUSA, the editors of the Journal of Business Finance andAccountingare delighted to announce that the 2014 JBFA CapitalMarketsConference will be hosted by The University of QueenslandBusinessSchool in Brisbane, Australia. The editors are grateful tothe KPMGFoundation, the University of Queensland Business School,andWiley-Blackwell for their sponsorship of this event.
征文范围及要求： TOPICS: We welcome submissions of papers in any of the areascoveredby the aims and scope of JBFA, including capital marketsresearch inaccounting; the causes and consequences of corporatedisclosure;corporate finance; and corporate governance. Paperswill beespecially welcome if they adopt novel empirical methods -forexample computational linguistic analysis of narrativedisclosures,social network analysis in relation to corporatefinance andgovernance; and novel datasets - for example, datacapturing thedeterminants of the organizational structure choicesof largecorporations.
