Recent advances in genomic technologies have given researchers the opportunity of implementing genome sequencing to benefit the food, nutrition and agriculture industry. Our unique conference will bring together renowned researchers to explore the application of NGS in areas such as: personalising nutrition and health, increasing crop quality, improving livestock breeding programs and identifying genetic and epigenetic interactions.
On day one, discussions will focus on the use of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies in DNA and RNA sequencing. NGS technologies are indispensable tools in nutrigenomics and agrigenomics research. Our experts will compare different NGS data analysis methods and discuss different metagenomic and epigenetic analysis approaches.
