会议背景介绍： Engineering science and technology is a vital force to change the world and its development is a strategic choice for human beings to meet global challenges and achieve sustainable development. Modern engineering is related not only to major technologies but also to social, economic and organizational issues, it is therefore urgently needed to combine engineering science and technology with modern management science in order to improve scientific decision-making, complex analysis, innovative management and sustainable development for major engineering projects, to which great attention has been paid by the international research community.
Under this circumstance, the Division of Engineering Management of the Chinese Academy of Engineering initiates the First International Forum on Engineering Management (IFEM 2015), themed by “Engineering Management of Major and Complex Projects and Engineering Management Body of Knowledge”. And the 9th China Engineering Management Forum (CEMF 2015) will be held subsequently, themed by “Green Urban Construction and Pollution Prevention /Control”. This green development idea is the requirement for the development and progress in modern society and an inevitable choice for the development of modern city.
IFEM & CEMF 2015 aims to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals of the world to exchange new ideas, research findings and practical solutions, etc. concerning engineering management of major and complex projects, engineering management body of knowledge, green urban construction and pollution prevention/control.

Manuscript Format Requirements
Papers must be submitted in English, and must be clear, direct, concise and readable. No strict limit is set on the length, but papers of about 20 thousand letters (including spaces) to 40 thousand letters (including spaces) are best welcome. And papers must meet the requirements of the sixth edition APA format (See: The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, the Sixth Edition).
Important Dates
Full paper submission deadline: March 12, 2015. The paper should be submitted to cemf2015@126.com.
Notification of acceptance: April 10, 2015.
Foreign authors need to submit and register a month in advance so as to arrange a valid visa and handle other procedures.
