1）英语，金融，贸易或经济学学位，英语专业8级，3年或3年以上相关工作经历，熟悉金融术语。
2）需具备出色的金融英文写作技巧，并具有全面的英语语法，结构，句法知识。曾在英语国家居住者优先。
3）需有能力在保持作者原意图的基础上重新撰写文章，需具备丰富的词汇以便保证内容的有趣性。需要用正确的英文措辞传达金融概念，以便能够被西方读者所理解
4）细心，细致，能在规定时间内完成工作。

1) Candidate should have excellent English writing skills in finance and a thorough knowledge of English grammar, structure, and syntax. Some time spent living in an English-speaking country would be helpful.
2) Candidate needs to be able to rewrite text while maintaining the original intent of the author and must have a good vocabulary so as to be able to keep the content interesting. They must be able to find the right English terms to convey financial concepts that the Chinese author is attempting to illustrate so that they are understandable to the Western reader.
3) Candidate must be detail and accuracy oriented and be able to work to deadlines.
4) Degree in English, Finance, Commerce or Economics, TEM 8, three(3) years or more related working experience and very familiar with financial terminology.
