研究领域:
基于质谱的蛋白质组学在过去的十年间得到了飞速发展,成为生命分析化学研究中最令人激动的新的前沿领域之一。尽管蛋白质组技术平台在很多方面(比如高灵敏度,高分辨率的新型质谱仪及后期高通量组学数据处理)都有了长足的发展,但蛋白质的可变性和多样性等特殊性质导致了蛋白质研究对技术的要求远高于核酸。因而继续大力发展以质谱为基础的新技术仍然是蛋白质组学领域的核心方向之一。与此同时,运用所发展的新方法来解决实际生物学问题也是关键一环。 研究将集中于从整体或系统层次大规模表征感染过程中病原细菌和宿主细胞蛋白质表达水平及翻译后修饰的变化,并以此揭示病原菌致病的分子机理,为设计和研究抗感染新药提供理论基础。
