研究领域和兴趣:
稀土金属有机簇合物的设计、合成及反应性研究;金属催化或促进的有机合成化学及通过从反应体系中分离、表征活性中间体对反应机理进行研究。在研究过程中,我们力求把导向有机合成的金属有机化学(OMCOS)和经典的金属有机化学(OM)结合起来,不仅注重新反应的发现和发展,更注重于通过对反应机理的理解和认识,有目的地发现新反应。
