从事纳米材料化学与新能源器件研究,关注二维晶体材料的控制合成和光电器件: 1)二维Dirac材料(石墨烯、拓扑绝缘体纳米结构)的控制生长、化学改性、异质结构与光电器件 2)新型二维晶体材料及其光电性质 3)纳米材料在柔性电子学、量子调控和能源领域应用基础研究
