科研经历和成果:
作为项目负责人开发了灯用稀土三基色荧光粉工业生产技术,以及高纯硼酸生产技术和抗癌药物三尖杉酯碱的提取和分离技术、 防伪荧光粉配体TTA的生产技术。1996年后从事教学和科研工作。教学方面:1998年9月受聘为《无机化学实验》课主讲老师,担任该门课程的筹备和讲授工作。科研方面:先后参加国家自然科学基金资助项目《稀土氯化物熔盐相图的测定及固态配合物生成规律的研究》、《锆基功能陶瓷材料的研究》和国家973项目:新型VUV和FED荧光材料的研究。参加的国家基金委资助项目《含稀土新氧化物陶瓷材料的研究》获教育部科学技术进步三等奖。《普通和无机化学教学体系的建设与改革》项目获2001 北京市二等奖。
