1. 痛觉调节的中枢机制:痛觉信息在中枢神经系统内传递与调节的机制, 慢性痛调节的神经机制;
2. 阿片类耐受和依赖的神经机制: 从分子、细胞到整体水平研究阿片类耐受和依赖的神经机制，特别是学习记忆在复吸中的作用和机制;
3. 老年性痴呆(Alzheimer’s Disease)的发病机制: 学习记忆的分子机制, 及其在老年性痴呆发病和防治中的作用。
