This Journal publishes original research work on all aspects of protein investigations, including studies concerned with covalent or three-dimensional structure, assembly, genetics, evolution, proteomics, molecular biology, engineering, and peptide synthesis. The contents include the application of research to the elucidation and interpretation of the molecular bases of the biological activity of proteins.
Important notice to authors
To ensure and preserve scientific integrity all manuscripts submitted to the Protein Journal are scrutinized by iThenticate plagiarism detection software. The Protein Journal policy prohibits usage of plagiarized text, including self-plagiarism (using your own text that has previously been published). The Protein Journal will reject without consideration any submission that has a similarity score of 45% or more.
