| We are delighted to announce that Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics (JPhysD) is now offering a dedicated publishing venue to researchers who work at the interface of physics and the life sciences. Our newest section, Biological Applications of Physics, has been added to serve truly interdisciplinary applied physics research. Within this new section we welcome quantitative physical approaches to problems of biological and medical relevance. Our goal is to raise the visibility of this important border-crossing work in both arenas. With an internationally renowned sub-board led by Professor Christoph Schmidt of Georg-August-Universit?t G?ttingen, Germany, we are open for submissions of research papers to our new section. |
