Double-certification:

Before the foreign-related notarization or commercial document of China is sent to and used in foreign country, it only will be accepted by the foreign country except it is certified not only by the consular from the Department of Consular Affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the local foreign-related office authorized by it, but also by the consular from the embassy and consulate of the foreign country stationed in China according to the requirements of the country where the document is used in, that is usually called as “double-certification”.
