Thank you for your quick reply.

I carefully compared the two documents page by page. The contents of the two documents are the same. The only one different is in the format, the pdf document is the pictures of the mechanical drawings and excel document is editable contents of the mechanical drawings. So the price is for both of the documents you sent me.

Moreover, I like to say that I am very familiar with the documents. I majored in mining machinery when I studied in university.  Please receive my Bachelor degree transcripts as the attached file. My Chinese name is 郭武文（Wuwen Guo）.

To ensure the accuracy of the translation, I can have a double checking and proofreading when the translator finish the translation job, but you should pay an extra fee of about USD xx0. 

Then the total amount will be USD x00, including translation and double checking and proofreading, printing and stamped with our official stamp.

Thank you for your confirmation. About the completion date, I have to say the time will be longer than I anticipated when I gave you the quotation a few days ago, because Jan. 27 will be the New Year's Eve of Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) and our translators will have a holiday of about 7 days, and some translators have left the office already. Of course, some translators can do the translation job during the holiday. So I think the job will be finished within about 2 or 3 weeks. There is also the possibility to finish it within 1 week, that will depend how many translators can do it during the long holiday.

About the payment term, I hope you can pay 60% or 70% in advance if it is difficult for you.

As everyone is on holiday including the Accounts dept. of my company here in China I cannot pay the deposit till after the Chinese new year , However I would like the translation work to be ongoing never the less as I want the turnaround time to be a short as possible, This would please my client and look good for your company as well , I do expect some more work in the future to give to you as both my clients and my company are starting to purchase allot of equipment out of China, For example the current project I am working on is for around 30 pieces of major mining equipment with a value of well over 100 million USD.

At the sometime please receive the attached two samples of translation certification that we will supply you together with the hard copy of the translation documents after we finish the job. I will send you a translation certification with the stamp of Beijing Huayiwang Translation Company or Shanghai Huayiwang Translation Company. I am the deputy general manager of the two companies.

The translation job had been arranged several days ago and two senior translators are translating the documents.

I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. For the translation projects trusted by foreigners, we only need give them digital invoice in word format by email and the quotation is only price. I have already sent you the invoice in the before. I think the invoice in word format is the receipt of the payment.
