We would like to submit the China documents as file attached with translate, notary and attestation to immigration Malaysia.

 

They are request to accept only the documents as per following requirement and we already check with China Embassy at Malaysia and they say that is no this service at Malaysia. So means that must get translation, notary and attestation from the China embassy. Ps let me know if your company can help me on the above matter.

 

REQUIREMENT AS PER MALAYSIA IMMIGRATION (New announcement):-

 

CERTIFICATION OF PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP DOCUMENTS 

 

All Proof of Relationship documents (Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate etc) must be attested by the Embassy*. Documents that are not in English need to be translated by Embassy*. OR Institut Terjemahan & Buku Malaysia (ITBM). If the translation is done by the ITBM, the document must be attested by the Embassy*.

 

*Embassy: Embassy / High Commission / Consulate General of respective country OR respective Embassy / High Commission / Consulate General in Malaysia
