The price of translation is RMB xx per certificate, including translation, stamp of our translation company and delivery to your Shanghai address.

The price of notarization by a Shanghai Notary Public office or Beijing Notary Public office is RMB xx per certificate, it will cost about 3 business days.

The price of certification by Shanghai or Beijing Foreign Affairs Office and legalization by France Consulate in Shanghai is RMB 1000 per certificate, it will cost about 2 weeks.

Thank you for your answer.

We would need the translation in French for the both certificates, plus the notarization for translations and the certification by the Shanghai Foreign office. An then could you send us the documents to my address in Shanghai? Documents do not need to be legalized by the French consulate.

So the price of the certification would it be xx yuans per certificate?

The legalized documents will be used in France. The purpose is to apply for a transcription in France of the Chinese wedding certificate.

10.   要求重新提交合格文件

 

Dear Customer,

The marriage (Wedding) certificate documents are not right still. Please refer to the attached sample. You need scan all the pages of the marriage certificates including the cover page, and combine into two 4-pages PDF files like the sample document I attached here.

Moreover, we have not received your VISA documents. The PDF visa document you sent me is not your visa but residence permit.

The passport documents are ok.
