In the meantime, they also have an agent/office in the US called xx. Our contact person at eVenus is Ms x xx and her phone number is xxx ext. xxx. Her email is xxx

Because xxx is in direct contact BBB in China, I would appreciate if you could contact her today and synch the info and explain her what is needed.

Below is a confirmation of what we need from them for legalization:

1 x GMP Certificate (to be Legalized at the embassy of Iraq)

1 x GMP Certificate (to be legalized at the embassy of Lebanon)

1 x Plant Profile - Lebanon (to be legalized at the embassy of Lebanon)

1 x Drug Manufacturing License (to be legalized at the embassy of Iraq - see attached, they should give you the original)

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you send me a digital copy of ALL document you get before you send to legalization.

I just discussed with relative professionals in Beijing whom we have exceptional business relationship with. The time can be shorten to 2 to 3 weeks. We can deliver the documents directly to General Headquarters of CCPIT.

According to the regulation, the procedure is that the documents are delivered to the local office of CCPIT in Lianyungang, then are transferred to Nanjing CCPIT, then to Beijing General Headquarters of CCPIT. The Beijing CCPIT will transfer the documents to China Foreign Ministry and Iraqi embassy in China. After 3 or 4 weeks, the legalized documents will return along the path back to the office in Lianyungang CCPIT. This is the reason why Xxx project is very slow. It was already 5 weeks past since they delivered the documents to Lianyungang CCPIT again on about August 5.

The price for the accelerated procedures will be as follows:

1 x GMP Certificate (to be Legalized at the embassy of Iraq): USD xx

I have already contacted with Ms xxxx and other relative departments of BBB Medecine Co., Ltd  in Lianyonggang today. They are interested in the cooperation with your company and agree to help me to deal with the legalization procedures. This is not a problem.

Would you be so kind to let me know by when BBB is planning on sending the documents? It is imperative that I receive a non-legalized copy of all document by this Friday. This is an order we received from the Ministry of Health in Iraq. Since you are in contact with BBB in China and can speak the language, your support on this would be greatly appreciated and rewarded if we succeed.

Registration Form for Pharmaceutical Companies - Iraq

Can you please be so kind to ask your assistant in Chin, to get these two documents stamped and signed from Jiangsu BBB Medecine Co. (China) and send to us a scanned copy of them. This is very important for us.
