波兰双认证办理流程

Handling procedures of Poland double-certification

 

1、需1份复印件。

1 copy is required.

2、需提供英文出国目的证明。

English certificate of the purpose of going abroad should be provided.

3、赴波兰就读初、高中，须提供当事人在国内就读地教育局的派遣函。

If you study at a junior high school or a senior high school in Poland, the party’s dispatch letter of the local education bureau in China must be provided.

4、沪、苏、皖、浙地区出具的文书送驻上海总领馆认证。

The document issued in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, or Zhejiang should be sent to the Consulate-general of Poland stationed in Shanghai for certification.

5、粤、闽、桂、琼地区出具的文书送驻广州总领馆认证。

The document issued in Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi, and Hainan should be sent to the Consulate-general of Poland stationed in Shanghai for certification.

 

办理波兰双认证注意事项：

Notice to handle the double-certification of Poland

1、办理的文书,需要先经过官方机构的公证

The document must the notarized first by official institution.
2、认证文件受理时间以外交部和使馆实际办理为准，我单位仅负责代送和领取；

The processing time of certified document is subject to the actually processing time of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and embassy, and our company only be responsible for consignment and getting.

5、如公证文书不符合外交部、使馆的要求,申请人需自觉重新办理公证书。

If the notary documents don’t accord with the requirements of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and embassy, the applicant needs to consciously handle the notarization again.

办理方式：

Handling methods:

1、上门办理：申请人可以亲自前往我单位递交资料；

On-site handling: the applicant could go to our company to hand over the materials.

2、邮递办理：申请人也可以通过邮递的方式，将资料快递至我单位

Post handling: the applicant also hand over the materials to our company by the post office.
