中国外交部领事司认证验证：外交部领事司对每一份文件都有唯一认证编号，每一编号对应一份文件，此编号在外交部认证出的黄色标签上【认字第XX-XX号】前8位数为文件的认证编号，后3位数为提交认证文件同一批次在此认证号的文件数。通过外交部领事司认证进展查询电话可查询文件的认证状态，外交部领事司电脑自动查询电话为：010-57013424 拨通电话后，输入4键，等电脑语音将要落时迅速输入【认字第XX-XX号】前8位认证取证号码按#号结束。

驻华使馆验证：驻华使馆认证不能通过外交部的系统查验，使馆也不提供查询服务，只要确认使馆的印章及日期即可。

Verified in embassy in China: authentication of the embassy in China can not be verified by the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The embassy does not provide query service. As long as you confirm the seal and date of the embassy, it’s OK.
