face-to-face meetings
Compilation of reports (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in English

Transforming verbal and written Chinese input into short summary reports in English

Taking minutes of meetings
Following up on the status of minutes of meetings with the action responsible persons
Organizing group meetings
Daily administrative support and assistance
Assistant supporting work

Requirements
Native Mandarin
Fluent in English verbally and also perfect in English writing
Good listener
Analytical and structural in communication
Able to travel when ever needed to different places in China (sometimes once per week;
sometimes not for a few weeks)
Well organized and structured in keeping track of work and what needs to be done
Open, straightforward, positive and easy going attitude
handle stress and work pressure but also does not get nervous if it is sometimes a little quiet
Open mind to pick up different tasks (all office type of work)
