Commonwealth Bank of Australia Recruits Financial Translation Officer

Requirement:
At or above bachelor's degree in English or translation is a must
Above 2 years' experience in translation or experience in financial or legal translation would be preferred
Overseas education or work experience would be preferred
Work of the Role:
Provide quality and timely translation service;
Provide editing and proofreading service;
Work with the translation team members to improve translation services;
Prepare daily news research;
Any other tasks assigned by the management
Enhancement of translation services to facilitate business development needs
Supporting other business units / business partners within the Group
Undertake any other tasks as required that you have the capability to perform safely.

    澳洲联邦银行成立于1911年，是一家储蓄及商业银行，并同时兼任澳大利亚中央银行50年之久。1991年澳洲联邦银行在澳大利亚证券交易所上市，成为一家上市公司。随后分三步开展私有化并于1997年完成。此外，澳洲联邦银行积极拓展其在国内和海外的业务。于1989年开始，分两次100%收购了新西兰的奥克兰储蓄银行，实现了海外业务拓展。于1991年兼并了区域性的维多利亚州立银行，并于2000年收购了康联集团有限公司（澳洲领先的寿险，银行以及基金管理集团）从而实现了国内业务的拓展。2008年，又收购了区域性的澳洲西部银行（Bank West），从而成功地拓展了在澳大利亚西部地区的业务。澳洲联邦银行目前在12个国家拥有业务,包括银行和寿险业务覆盖新西兰、亚洲和斐济，此外在美国、英国、马耳他、日本、香港、越南和上海等地设有分行。同时在英国、新加坡和香港有基金管理业务，并在北京、班加罗尔和河内设有代表处。

澳洲联邦银行自1994年进入中国以来，同中国的金融界建立了密切的联系，并已在多个领域开展业务合作。目前，澳洲联邦银行除了拥有上海分行和北京代表处之外，还积极参与中国商业银行业改革，先后成功参股了齐鲁银行（占股20%）和杭州银行（占股19.9%）。2006年澳洲联邦银行与信达资产管理公司合资成立了信达澳银基金管理有限公司（占股46%），之后又于2010年与交通银行合资成立了交银康联人寿保险有限公司（占股37.5%）。发起设立村镇银行是澳洲联邦银行在中国最重要的发展战略之一，我们致力于在村镇银行这一农村金融领域长期投资和长远发展。
