3. Translation certification
Dear Carmine ,
We will not charge you HST, because I am self employed and have not HST account.
Moreover, I think the price is only for translation of the digital Chinese documents, not including printing, signature and certification or notarized. We will only supply you with the digital English translation documents by email.

I think at the very least we need certification.
Emailed translated documents should be fine.
But we would require certification that what you translate is true and valid
(I'm not sure if I use the correct terminology here)
