HuayiNet Translation provides high-quality transcriptions of audio and video files. Transcriptions can be transcribed via CD, DVD, VHS tape, video cassette, MP3, AVI, mpeg or wav file. In the event you are unsure about the file format of your source material, please contact us and we will help you with your question. Even if your file format is not listed above, there exists software that allows audio and video files to be converted to workable formats.

 

The transcription and translation process that HuayiNet Translation employs begins with finding the most appropriate transcriber who is a native speaker of the source language. After the files have been transcribed, they are then translated per the client’s request. In the even no translation needs to take place, the transcribed files are sent back to the client for review. Transcriptions are delivered to the client in Word format, unless otherwise specified. Transcriptions are priced for every half hour of content. Translations of the transcribed documents are priced per word based on the transcribed document.
