Hi,
I got your contact details from a friend.
I am an Indian citizen and have traveled to ShenZhen, China from 2002 to 2006. During my stay, there was a police case registered against me, but finally I was announced to be innocent and the charges were quashed.
I have the Chinese documents related to that case, and for future use, I want to get a English translation of these documents. Further, I would like the English translation to be notarised by the Ministry of foreign affairs, Government of China.
Pls find attached the document containing scanned copy of all Chinese documents that I have. Please let me know:
What all information/documents you need from my side for the translation and notarisation of the English translation.
What will be your fees (in RMB) for:
If all the 8 pages are to be translated and notarised
If only the last two pages (as I am assuming that they are the summary of the case) are to be translated and notarised.
Pls confirm that you will send the notarised translated copies by DHL to me in India (as currently I live in India).

Customer: The translated & notarised document will be used in Canada, as we are applying for immigration to Canada. I am not sure whether I will need the translated & notarised documents in this immigration process, but I want them so that I can use them anywhere in future as English documents are largely accepted in most of the countries.
2. Whether you need the legalization by the Indian Embassy in China, or Other country Embassy in China.
Customer: I would need notarisation/legalisation by the Chinese ministry of foreign affairs. I don't need any legalisation from either Indian of Cansdian embassy.

Yes, we will send the hard copy by DHL to your India address. But you need pay the delivery fee.
