Answer for questions #1. I will use the document for the spouse visa in USA.
Answer for questions #2. Need to legalization from law of the people 's republic of China. So I don't know by where. Just the visa office ask me to valid notarial certificate attesting with the divorce law of the people's republic of China.

The translation and notarization fee for the certificate of divorce in China is USD xxx.
You need provide us the scanned documents of following documents:
1) front page of your passport and the Visa pages during your stay in China,
2) the ID and residence booklet of your ex-husband,
It will cost about 3 or 5 days. We will send the hard copy by DHL to your Canada address, but you need pay the delivery fee.
