This is my Son’s birth certificate, which requires the procedure in order to get his visa for the UAE, when I go to work there.

He is British, but his birth certificate is Chinese as he was born when I was working in Beijing.

I simply need for a Chinese birth certificate notarised and then for it to go to the MoFA and then the UAE embassy. I already have quotes from other companies without the need for all the other documents, and I have done this a few times before without them.

The procedures will need the relative certificates, at least a part of the certificates. Could you please inform me what certificates you can supply and what certificates you can not supply. At the same time, I will discuss with relative authorities of the procedures and ask them what certificates are necessary and what certificates are not necessary.

Hello,
passports and Chinese visa of your son, your wife and yourself and your marriage:
We do not have Chinese visas as we do not live in China. We live in Malaysia, and my Son’s birth certificate (which is Chinese as hee was born there in 2006), requires notarisation/MoFA and UAE attestation in order for him to get a dependent’s visa in UAE.
I can therefore only supply the passports of the three of us, a marriage certificate, and the Chinese birth certificate.

I received the five documents you sent me. I have some questions as follows:
1. I can not find which country you married from the marriage certificate.
2. When your son was born on July 27, 2006, your wife was in China. So your wife should have the Chinese visa during the period.
3. I don't know whether you was also in China. If you were in China during the period, you should have a Chinese visa.

I just received an email from the notary public office of Beijing. The notary said that your son's birth certificate lack the stamp of the hospital on the bottom right corner, on the words of issuing organization (seal). Could you please contact the hospital to add a stamp at the bottom right corner of the certificate.
