I am called Xxxx and my Chinese Full Name is xxxxx, a Burundian Hydraulic Engineer now working in Rwanda, Kigali.

I have been very happy to know about the HYW Translation Company. I am applying for Immigration to Québec, CANADA and the Immigration office required from me to provide them with Certified Copy of my Bachelor Degree as well as an original copy of its translation in either English or French (I have chosen English). Since the Diploma was obtained in TianJin University, The People’s Republic of China, the Bachelor Degree must be certified by a Notary in China.

Furthermore, the requirement is that the translation must bear the Name and the stamp of a recognized Translator.

It is in this regard that my demand to your Company is related to both requests, means, Notary Certification of at least two (02) copies of the Bachelor Degree in its original version, and Translation of same Bachelor Degree from Chinese to English, also two (02) copies at least.  One of the Copies will be sent to the Québec (CANADA) Immigration Officer and I will keep the other copy for my archives and further reference.

I am very grateful for your prompt reply. However, I still have some questions before taking decision.

1. My first question is related on payment ways: I expected it was also possible to pay by money transfer from my bank in Burundi to your bank wherever it can be according to your indications (means from account to account through SWIFT CODE and/or IBAN CODE). But if it is possible that a third person can pay for me, I can also ask a friend of mine (Europian Citizen who is actually my Team Leader) to pay for me with credit card or even Paypal. I therefore need your confirmation.

2. My second question is: I did not find in your email how I should get the hard copies that I am requesting for, and I did not understand how this service will be paid. Please check and make a final quotation including fees for sending all copies through DHL, EMS or Fedex to the address I indicated to you. I wish to send the money once for all.

Now answering to your question, I came to know your company by using Google search engine with "Notarization of Chinese documents" as key words. I had only to judge and choose among all proposals I got, I trusted and contacted your company.

There will be sent from different countries for the notary certificate hard copies and the certified translation documents.

The fee of the two notary certificate hard copies from Beijing to Kigali, Rwanda: USD xxx.

The fee of the two copies of the certified translation documents from Toronto to Kigali , Rwanda: USD xxx.

So the total amount will be USD xxx+ USD xx + USD xx = USD xxx.

But please clear up these figures distorsions: if sending fees from Beijing to Kigali are USD 200 and Toronto to Kigali USD xxx, then it should be xxx. You wrote xxx which is xxx. Please clarify!

For your information, my friend accepted to pay on my behalf. But since we are on weekend, please accept to wait until next Monday for payment operation. We will choose the quickest way money should reach you, hoping that this service will also be done in the best and quick way.

There will be about 4% to 5% of remittance fee the bank of our side or the Paypal company will charge us for the international transaction, that is about USD 32 to 35. So I add a part of remittance fee to the total amount. So please pay us USD xxx. I am very sorry for the misunderstanding.

I have no Chinese visa, just because I did not get opportunity to visit China after my graduation from TianJin University in 1987. I have only been working with African & mostly European Companies.
