I am very sorry for the delay. The document is still in the Indian Embassy in China. I think the procedure will be finished quickly. But I can’t ensure because this process will involve many institutions and many people. I will send you legalized document at once when the Indian Embassy in China finish the procedure.

And as I mentioned in WeChat herewith I am sending you the details that I observed in the English version of notary document which has MFA and Indian Embassy stamp behind:

 

1. My date of birth is June 7th 1983

2. There is no mention of postdoctoral certificate number, University name and the period (November 2013- November 2015).

3. There is no signature and stamp of notary as I observe same in Chinese version.
