i am mr. Xxxx. i studied medicine in Hebei medical university, Shijiazhuang in China. right now i am in Germany. i need Notary of my degree certificate that i had already done in China. I am right now in Germany. so it is not possible for me to come over there and get notary done.

There is a big problem that I found the English document you sent me, medizin fach zertifikat.jpg, is a degree certificate. But Chinese document is not the translation of the degree certificate. The Chinese document is a diploma (a university graduation certificate). Please check this. I wonder your need is to legalize degree certificate or the diploma certificate.
The payment of XXX 270 is the price of legalization for one certificate, degree certificate or the diploma certificate.
If your need is to legalize diploma ( the university graduation certificate), please send me the corresponding document in English.
If your need is to legalize the bachelor degree certificate, please send me the corresponding document in Chinese.
