(7) for the portion above 100,000,001, 0.01% is charged.
2. Notarization of other economic contract
Target amount:
(1) for the portion below 20,000yuan,1% is charged.
3. Notarization of civil agreement
(1) Non-property civil agreement, for example maintenance agreement, support agreement, fostering right alteration agreement, adoption agreement, custody agreement, termination of adoptive relation agreement.200yuan is charge for each case.
(2) Property related civil agreement, for example marriage settlement agreement, legacy settlement agreement, private lending and repayment agreement, premarital property agreement, marital property agreement, agreement for property settlement on divorce, house removal compensation and resettlement agreement. 400 yuan is charged for each case.

11. According to Clause 7 of “Notarial Service Fee Management Rules”, appraisal fee, evaluation fee, travel expense and investigation fee shall be paid by applicant, which shall be complete reimbursement or fixed quota. The specific manner shall be agreed upon by notarial office and applicant by signing agreement.
12. Handling fee shall be charged if the applicant requests to withdraw the accepted notarial issue. If it is not reviewed yet, 10 yuan per piece shall be charged. if it is reviewed, 50% of standard fee for the notarial issue shall be charged.
