[Interview] We usually test the language level and professional background of our interpreters over the phone.
 
Generally speaking, a customer may directly contract an interpreter only after first signing the interpretation or simultaneous interpretation contract and paying the deposit. Sometimes, customers would like to interview interpreters over the phone or in person in advance to ensure the quality of service.  We totally understand this desire and will be fully supportive.
 
If an advance interview is really needed, you must sign an interview agreement first. The final terms and conditions are dependent upon the final requirements of the project.
