[Interpretation Procedure] Describing demand – sending resume – selecting interpreter – signing contract – dispatching interpreter
 
The interpretation service procedures are as follows:
 
1.       Customer should describe the detailed demand of simultaneous interpretation, consecutive interpretation, and accompany interpretation services, including the time, place, and occasion, professional discipline involved and professional degree thereof, etc.;
 
2.       We’ll select several resumes of interpreters according to your demand, and send our company profile, resumes of interpreters and bidding prices to you by email for your reference;
 
3.       Customer should select the interpreter according to the interpretation level and major provided in resumes;
 
4.       We’ll send you the contract template, and please send us the signed contract by express service or fax if you agree with all the terms;
 
5.       Customer should pay the deposit and we’ll provide the contact information of the interpreter;
 
6.       Customer should provide the relevant conference materials to the interpreter as much as possible for him/her to get prepared;
 
7.       We’ll dispatch the interpreter to the service spot and provide the interpretation service;
 
8.       Customer should pay the rest payment, and we’ll issue the invoice.
