3.2 Supply scope of the seller

The supply scope of this contract is divided into several parts. Equipment and materials in each part or system are complete. The details are as shown in Exhibit 1 of the contract.

3.2.1 Gas engine units and its auxiliary equipment include:

Gas engine body, generator, water tank radiator, muffler, air filter, damper, pedestal, unit control board, unit storage battery, container, auxiliary equipment and connecting parts between equipment and so on;

Parallel operation control system: main control cabinet, generator control protective cabinet, generator HV switch cabinet, bus output HV switch cabinet, auxiliary transformer HV switch cabinet, bus voltage transformer cabinet, generator protective grounding cabinet, gas engine auxiliary control equipment, motor control center, desktop computer monitoring system and tubes and cables for connection etc.

3.2.2 The gas pretreatment system shall include but not limited to the following equipment:

Several skid mounted equipment units composed of initial filters, fine filters, fans (including motors and frequency converters), heat exchangers, flame arresters, gas instruments, hygrographs, air coolers, flow meters, refrigerating systems and valves, centralized control systems and connecting parts etc. The equipment shall be laid out in the factory building.

3.2.3 Torch combustion system

3.2.4 Electric auxiliary system of gas pretreatment system in distribution control cabinet shall include but not limited to the following equipment:

Auxiliary transformer, LV switch cabinet, motor control center, DC system, generating unit, electrical control, protection devices and connecting parts etc. of the gas pretreatment system.

3.2.5 The control equipment shall include but not limited to the following equipment:

Each group of generating units (nine or ten sets) shall be provided with one centralized control system ZAS. The centralized monitoring management system shall be adopted. The external information interface shall be reserved so as to enter the centralized monitoring system of the whole plant.

The generating units and auxiliary facilities matching with generating equipment shall be controlled by corresponding control system.

The gas pretreatment system shall be provided with the centralized control cabinet and adopt centralized monitoring management system to display, measure, control, regulate and record pretreatment system.

The monitoring screen shall dynamically display operation situation and flow direction of gas circuit, steam circuit and water circuit and the status of valves.

3.2.6 Fire detecting system and fire-extinguishing system in containers.

3.2.7 Gas monitoring alarm devices in containers and gas pretreatment system.

3.2.8 Equipment connection:

    The seller shall be responsible for connection and debugging of generating units, distribution control cabinet, gas pretreatment system, gas monitoring alarm device and auxiliary equipment etc. within the scope of bidding to guarantee that the equipment can operate after supplying water, gas and power. Above connection shall depend on the construction drawings designed by the designing party entrusted by the buyer in accordance with design codes and standards.

3.2.9 Boundary division of the equipment

From the flange at outlet of gas reservoir to 10 kV total outlet cabinet of generating units, including gas engine units and auxiliary equipment, gas pretreatment system, instrument and control system, electrical equipment and gas alarm devices etc.

3.2  卖方供货范围

本合同供货范围分成以下几个部分。每一个部分或系统的设备和材料都是成套供货。明细见本合同附件1.

3.2.1 燃气发动机组及其辅助设备 包括下列设备：

燃气发动机本体、发电机、水箱式散热器、消音器、空气滤清器、减震件及基座、机组控制盘、机组蓄电池、集装箱以及辅助设备和设备之间连接部件等。

并机控制系统：主控制柜、发电机控制保护柜、发电机高压开关柜、母线输出高压开关柜、辅助变压器高压开关柜、母线电压互感器柜、发电机保护接地柜、燃气发动机辅机控制设备、马达控制中心、桌面计算机监控系统及其连接用的管、缆等。

3.2.2 XXXX预处理系统包括但不限于下列设备：

由初过滤器、精过滤器、风机（包括电机和变频器）、换热器、阻火器、甲烷仪、湿度仪、空冷器、流量计、制冷系统、阀门组等组成若干套撬装式设备组和集中式控制系统和连接部件等，设备布置在厂房内。

3.2.3火炬燃烧系统。

3.2.4配电控制室XXXX预处理系统的厂用电系统，包括但不限于下列设备：

包括辅助变压器、低压开关柜、马达控制中心、直流系统、发电单元及XXXX预处理系统的电气控制和保护设备及连接部件等。

3.2.5控制设备，包括但不限于下列设备：

每组发电机组（10台机组或9台机组）配备一套中控ZAS系统，采用集中监控管理系统，并留有对外的信息接口以便纳入全厂的集中监控系统。

发电机组及随发电设备配套的辅助设施由设备配套相应的控制系统完成控制。

XXXX预处理系统设集中控制室，采用集中监控管理系统，对每套预处理系统实现显示、测量、控制、调节操作、数据记录等功能。

监控画面能动态显示气路、汽路、水路的运行状况和流向及阀门的状态。

3.2.6集装箱内火灾检测系统及灭火系统。

3.2.7集装箱内、XXXX预处理系统的甲烷监测报警装置。

3.2.8 设备连接工作：

    招标范围内的发电机组、配电控制室、XXXX预处理系统、甲烷监测报警装置以及辅助等设备由卖方负责现场连接、调试，做到水、气、电送进后即能调试运行。上述连接工作以买方委托的设计方依据设计规范和标准所设计的施工图为准。

3.2.9供货设备界面的划分：

从储气罐出口法兰开始起，至发电机组的10 kV总出线柜。包括燃气发动机组及其辅助设备、XXXX预处理系统、仪表和控制系统、电气设备、XXXX报警设备装置等。
