3.3 Link and division of this contract and other subcontracts
The seller of this contract, design institute, civil engineering subcontractor and installation engineering subcontractor may work synchronously or crossways, and therefore, above mentioned parties shall closely cooperate. The main linking points are as follows (but not limited to):
(1) The seller shall provide the design institute with design conditions on civil engineering of container generating units and gas pretreatment system in accordance with power generation process, selection of generating equipment and layout of electromechanical devices, pipelines and cables, including conditions on plane, profile and construction for buildings, noise reduction measures, equipment foundation, equipment load, pipeline supports, pipe trenches and cable trenches, embedded parts and embedded pipes and reserved holes etc. Besides, the seller shall confirm the relevant conditions in civil engineering design drawings prepared by the design institute by signature.
(2) The seller shall provide the design institute with specification and location of pipelines and cables from buildings within the contract equipment scope and shall confirm the relevant conditions in construction installation drawings, pipeline layout drawings and cable laying drawings prepared by the design institute by signature. Besides, the seller shall cooperate with the relevant work of installation subcontractor.
3.4 Conditions provided by the buyer
The buyer shall provide the following conditions for the seller through the design institute and other subcontractors:
(1) All civil and building engineering in work scope of the seller, including supply and installation of general lighting, water supply and drainage, sanitary fixtures, heating and ventilating equipment, administrative phones and fire-extinguishing system, but not include lighting, water supply and drainage, sanitary fixtures, heating and ventilating equipment, and fire-extinguishing system in container and back-grouting of the foundation;
(2) Civil engineering construction design in work scope of the seller;
(3) Design of pipeline network of cable trench and water supply and drainage trench in accordance with the process layout; and
(4) Construction power supply and water source to site. The seller shall be responsible for allocation of onsite power branch system and from water supply point to water branch system and shall pay the electric and water charge related to installation of this project.
4. Standards and codes
The equipment and materials shall meet the following standards and codes in aspects of design, manufacture, inspection, test, installation and acceptance etc. The following standards and codes are the minimum level for design, manufacture, inspection, test, package, transportation, installation and debugging of the equipment and materials. If there is any discrepancy between standards and codes or standards and the technical specifications in technical terms, the stricter or higher standard shall prevail.

3.3本合同与其他分包合同的衔接和划分
本合同卖方与本工程的设计单位、全厂土建工程的施工分包商和有关安装工程分包商的工作有同步和交叉实施的可能,彼此之间需要密切配合。其主要的衔接点为下(但不限于这些):
(1)卖方根据发电工艺流程、发电设备的选择、机电设备和管线电缆的布置向设计单位提供集装箱式发电机组、XXXX预处理系统土建设计的条件。包括建筑物的平面条件、剖面条件、建筑条件、降低噪音的措施、设备基础条件、设备荷重条件、管道支架条件、管道沟和电缆沟的条件、各种预埋件和预埋管条件、预留各种孔、洞条件等。并对设计单位完成的土建设计图纸中的相关条件予以确认和会签。
(2)卖方向设计单位提供合同设备范围内建筑物对外引出的管道和电缆的规格、位置,并对设计单位完成的施工安装图管道布置图和电缆敷设图中的相关部分条件予以确认和会签。并对全厂安装分包商的相关工作给予配合和核对。
3.4买方提供的条件
买方或通过设计院或其他分包商向卖方提供下列条件:
(1)提供卖方工作范围内的所有土建和建筑工程。包括一般照明、给排水、 卫生设施、采暖通风设备、行政电话和消防系统的供货和安装工作。但不包括集装箱内的照明、给排水、卫生设施、采暖通风设备、消防系统,不包括设备基础的二次灌浆。
(2)提供卖方工作范围内的土建施工设计。
(3)根据工艺布置提供厂区电缆沟、给排水沟管网的设计。
(4)提供施工电源和水源至现场。但卖方负责现场的用电分支系统和从供水点到用水分支系统的配置,并支付与本工程有关的安装消耗的电费和水费。
4、标准和规范
供货设备和材料在设计、制造、检查、试验和安装验收等工作中符合下列标准和规范。以下标准和规范是对供货设备和材料的设计、制造、检查、试验、包装、运输和安装调试要求的最低标准。如果标准、规范之间或标准与本技术规格中所列技术条款之间有矛盾时,均按照最严格或较高标准要求执行。
