5.1 General requirements

5.1.1 All equipments supplied by the seller shall be rational in design, fine in manufacture and reliable in safety and shall operate normally in a long period without abnormal deformation, vibration, corrosion and other operation difficulties. 

5.1.2 Easily wear parts, easily corrosive parts or other easily damaged parts or parts requiring regular regulation, check and maintenance shall be movable, replaceable and maintainable. All these parts shall be manufactured with proper materials to minimize the maintenance work.  

5.1.3 The seller shall provide complete, matured, newly-manufactured equipment and accessories, including but not limited to:

All connectors for equipment and complete components and parts in the system;

Anchor bolts, nuts, washers, chocks and back blocks etc. with special requirements for installation of the equipment;

Assembling bolts, nuts, washers and gaskets of the equipment and soft parts connecting with equipment supplied by the buyer;

Platforms, railings, ladders, protective covers and other structures of the equipment; 

Drive units of the equipment, including equipment pedestal, motor pedestal, motor and its start-up device, electric control device, speed reducer, couplings, sprocket wheels, driving gears, chains, protective covers etc.; 

All instruments for compressed air, oil, water and electric of the equipment;

Instruments of system (such as pressure gauge, thermometer, sensing elements, transmitters, vibration sensors and speed detectors)；

Valves, pipe elements and accessories for compressed air, water and oil with special requirements in equipment of the system;

Special embedded parts and fixed parts in concrete structure;

Special electrodes, special tools and consumables for repair and installation;

Necessary mufflers and sound proof casing; and

Lubricant for large and medium reducers, oil for hydraulic devices, chemical agents, record papers, ink and etc.;

5.1.4 All heavy parts shall be equipped with ears, annular bolts or nuts for hoisting and shipping during installation and maintenance.

5.1.5 All materials shall meet the technical requirements and shall be new with high quality and without cracks, sand holes, flecks and other harmful defects. Castings and forgings shall meet the technical requirements for materials with accurate machining.  

5.1.6 Noise: when single unit or all units of the whole plants operate, the noise shall meet relevant regulations of ISO, i.e. ISO 3744,3746,4871,6081 as well as the requirements of Chinese environmental protection standards.

5.2 Mechanical requirements 

5.2.1 Standardization of the equipment: modularization design shall be adopted for the equipment to reduce inventory of spare parts and simplify the maintenance.

5.2.2 All material shall be the best in application. The seller shall provide the best and the most advanced material and process. 

Chemical composition, tensile strength, elastic limit and expansion of materials adopted shall be higher than the minimum requirements of relevant standards.

All parts shall be new and manufactured with proper materials confirmed without cracks, flaws, air holes and other defects.

5.2.3 Tests and trail run shall be carried out for all machineries in accordance with relevant standards which shall meet the requirements of the specifications.

Besides the above mentioned standard tests, the following special tests shall be carried out.

l      The seller shall carry out test assembly of large components in workshops to guarantee the convenient installation on site. All assembly parts shall be marked with obvious and long lasting letters or figures.

l      The ultrasonics or gamma ray tests shall be carried out for defects of limit points of castings. The stress-relief heat treatment shall be carried out no matter whether there is stress.

l      The engineers shall detect the important welding seams at random by X-ray or gamma rays. The parts shall have no interlayer or surface scars.

l      The surface cracks shall be detected by iron powder test. The interlayer and inclusion shall be detected by ultrasonic wave, X-ray or gamma rays.

The product qualification certificate shall be provided with data and reports of all tests for materials.

设备上的平台、栏杆、梯子及防护罩等结构件。

设备的驱动装置包括：设备底座、电动机底座、电动机及其起动装置、电气控制装置、减速机、联轴器、链轮、传动齿轮、链条、安全罩等。

设备上的压缩空气、油、水和电气的各种仪表。

系统中的仪表（如压力表、温度计、传感元件、变送器及振动传感器与速度检测器等）。

安装在所供系统设备上的特殊要求的压缩空气、水、油的阀门、管道元件及附件。

混凝土结构中的特殊预埋件和固定件。

检修安装用的特殊电焊条、专用工具及易耗品。

必要的消音器、隔音罩。

大中型减速器的润滑油，液压装置用油，化学试剂，记录纸和墨水等。

5.1.4 所有重型部件设置吊耳、环形螺栓或螺母等，考虑在安装和维修期间便于起吊或装运。

5.1.5 所有使用的材料符合技术要求，为新的、没有使用过的、高质量的，且无裂缝，无砂眼，无斑点等有害缺陷。铸件和锻件满足其材料的技术要求，机加工准确。

5.1.6 噪音：单台和全厂所有机组运行时，噪声要求符合ISO标准的相关规定，即ISO 3744,3746,4871,6081。同时也满足中国环保标准要求。

5.2 机械方面的要求

5.2.1 设备的标准化：设备尽量采用模块化设计以使备品备件存货减小，并且可以使维修简单。

5.2.2 所有的材料在它们应用的环境中是最好的。卖方将要提供的材料和工艺是最好的和最先进的。

所采用的各种材料的化学组成、拉伸强度，弹性极限和延伸率，在任何情况下，质量都高于相关规范的最低要求。

所有零件将是新的且要用确认的合理材料来制作,无裂痕、瑕疵和气孔等各种缺陷。

5.2.3 所有的机械设备根据有关的标准规定都进行测试和试车，且符合该本规格书提出的要求。

除了上述的标准测试外，下列的特别测试也将执行。

对于大型部件制造，卖方在车间进行试组装以保证现场安装的便捷。所有组装配件之间做明显的、耐久的字母和数字等标记。

铸件用超声波或伽马射线对极限点进行缺陷的检测，（不管有否应力）都进行消除应力的热处理。

重要的焊缝有工程师对其进行随机抽样的X光或伽马射线检测。该部件无夹层和表面疤痕。

表面裂痕用铁粉测试来检测，夹层和夹杂物应用超声波、X光或伽马射线来检测。

生产合格证提供供货材料的各种测试的数据和报告书。
