5.2.4 Safety
All supplied equipment shall be equipped with proper safety facilities and shall meet the international standards and Chinese national standards.
The place with explosion hazard shall be installed with alarm detectors and alarm devices.
The moving parts which are probably touched, such as coupling and chain drive, shall be installed with safety protective cover.
5.2.5 Other aspects
(1) Onsite assembly
The proper matching marks shall be made for equipment transported to site in segment due to shipping and transportation in favor of onsite assembly.
All relevant fittings shall be stamped with letters in sequence and painted in favor of onsite identification for assembly.
(2) Welding
The quality and quantity of all welding materials and special welding rods for equipment assembly on site shall be guaranteed. 15% surplus quantity shall be provided. The material shall be packed properly, be marked for special purpose and if necessary, be provided with the welding statement.
All special requirements for onsite welding shall be attached with the packing list.
(3) Nameplate
The metal sheet adopting corrosion resistant material with the thickness less than 1.6mm shall be used as the nameplate for machineries. The content is as follows:

l The equipment No. in accordance with the factory classification numbering method;
l The safety operation warning and showing signs shall be provided.

(4) Bolts, screws, catch bolts and base plates
Try to adopt metric thread for all screw bolts and nuts.
The equipment shall include bolts, nuts, washers and fixing devices for installation and all anchor bolts and clamp devices for installing the equipment on pedestals or concrete foundation.
Besides, the equipment shall also include all pedestals, frames, fasteners and adjusting shims etc. for installation.

5.2.4 安全
