5.4 Clean and painting protection
The steel, casting surfaces and supporting steel structures of machineries shall be well treated and painted.  
The shipping equipment shall have seaworthy packages and proper paint to prevent the equipment from corrosion during marine transportation.
The equipment in high temperature shall be painted with heatproof epoxy paint.
The protective paint shall be the following paint:
     The primer is applicable to stainless steel, non-metal material, galvanized and chromed surfaces with the coating thickness of 10+5 μm.
     The whole unit surface is painted with surface coat (RAL 5010) with the coating thickness of 90+40 μm.
 
Before painting, all surfaces shall be treated by shot blasting; oil and grease shall be cleaned away by chemical agent; all exposed sharp edges shall be polished; surfaces of all machineries shall be painted with proper and good paint.
The internal and external surface shall be painted with the red zinc chrome epoxy paint with the thickness of 25—30μm or the paints in accordance with the applicable standards.
All external surfaces shall be covered with two layers of alkyd resin base synthesis ceramic with the thickness of 45μm or be in accordance with the applicable standards.
The equipment bearing 100℃ shall be finally painted with two layers of heatproof aluminum paint without primer.
Color of the paint shall be in accordance with the international code.
5.5 Basic requirements of the electrical equipments
5.5.1 Protection of the electrical equipment
MV switch cabinet:     IP42
LV switch cabinet:     IP42
Button box in common area: IP55
LV motor:       IP45
Parallel operation control cabinet separation: IP21
5.5.2 Standards
Except for special statement, installation of equipment of the electrical and automation system shall abide by the following international standards (latest version). Their priorities are as follows:
IEC: International Electrotechnical Commission
EN: European standards, DIN standards also can be adopted
VDE: Association of German Engineers
NEMA: National Electrical Manufacturers Association
5.5.3 Power supply requirements
1) Normal capacity, short-circuit current, ambient temperature, dusty environment and other factors shall be considered in design of electrical equipment to guarantee its normal work.
2) The voltage, frequency and requirements of short-circuit current of power supply and distribution systems are as follows:
LV power supply (TN-S): 380 V ± 10%, 3 Ph+ E + N, 50 Hz± 2%, minimum short-circuit current 40kA
Illumination and socket power supply: 220V± 10%, 1 Ph + E + N, 50 Hz
Welding power supply: 380 V, 3ph + E + N, 50 Hz
DC power supply: 220V, single-phase two-wire
3) Receiving voltage
LV motor: < 200KW,  380V±10%, 3Ph+E+N,50Hz.
HV motor: ≥200Kw,  10kV±10%,3Ph,50Hz
4) Auxiliary control voltage
DC, control voltage: DC 220V.
AC, control voltage: AC 220V, 1PH. + E + N, 50Hz.
Automatic control:                DC 48/ 24 V
UPS:             AC 220/380 V, 3 Ph, 50 Hz
5) LV motor
When the output power is less than 200kW, LV motors shall be used. All LV motors shall be squirrel cages induction type and efficient with the parameters of 380V, 3Ph and 50Hz. The motor shall have standard moment-current characteristic curve and shall be directly started up online with the load rate no more than 80%. The temperature rise grade shall be B and the winding insulation grade shall be F.

5.4 清理和油漆保护
机械设备的所有钢和铸造的表面和支撑钢结构都有很好的表面处理和喷漆。
海运设备有适合海运包装和合适油漆来防止设备在海上运输过程中的腐蚀。
处于高温的设备表面采用抗热的环氧漆。
保护漆由下列组成:
  打底漆洗适用于不锈钢,非金属材料,镀锌镀铬的表面,涂层厚度10+5 μm
  整个机组表面喷底层漆,涂层厚度40+30 μm
  整个机组表面喷表层漆( RAL 5010 ),涂层厚度90+40 μm
 
在实施油漆施工之前,所有表面要进行喷丸处理;油和油脂要用化学剂清除;所有暴露的的锐边要打磨,所有机械设备的表面将要用可适用的好的油漆来施工。
内外表面等将要用一层厚度为25—30μm的锌铬酸盐红色的环氧漆涂料或者按照适用标准选择来进行油漆。
所有的外表面将要用两层厚度为45μm的醇酸树脂基合成陶瓷或者按适用标准来执行。
可以承受100℃的设备最终将要涂以两层抗热的铝性油漆,不用底漆。
油漆色彩采用国际编码。
5.5 电气设备的基本要求
5.5.1 电气设备的防护不低于下列防护标准的等级:
中压开关柜:     IP42
低压开关柜:     IP42
易燃区域按钮箱: IP65
一般区域按钮箱: IP55
低压电机:       IP45
并机控制柜外壳: IP41
并机控制柜分离: IP21
5.5.2 标准
除非特殊说明,电气和自动化系统的设备安装都遵循下列国际标准(最新版本),其排列优先级如下:
IEC:国际电工委员会
EN: 欧洲规范,也可采用DIN标准
VDE:德国电气工程师协会
NEMA:国际电气制造业协会
5.5.3 电源要求
1)所有电气设备的设计考虑正常的容量、系统短路电流、环境温度、多尘的环境等因素,确保电气设备正常工作。
2)供配电系统的电压、频率和对短路电流的要求如下:
低压电源(TN-S) :380 V ± 10%, 3 Ph+ E + N, 50 Hz± 2%, 最小短路电流40kA
照明,插座电源:220V± 10%, 1 Ph + E + N , 50 Hz
焊接电源:380 V, 3ph + E + N, 50 Hz
直流电源:220V,单相二线
3)受电电压
低压电动机:< 200KW,  380V±10%, 3Ph+E+N,50Hz 。
高压电动机:≥200Kw,  10kV±10%,3Ph,50Hz
4)辅助控制电压
DC(直流电源)、控制电压: DC 220V。

不间断电源 :             AC 220/380 V, 3 Ph, 50 Hz
5)低压电动机
当输出功率小于200kW 时采用低压电动机。所有的低压电动机是380V、3Ph、50Hz、鼠笼感应型、高效率的,并且拥有标准力矩—电流特性曲线,能直接在线启动,其负载率不大于80%,温升等级为B级,绕组绝缘等级为F级。
