5.6 Transportation, package, keeping and storage

The seller shall prevent the equipment from damage during transportation from manufacturer to the place of delivery and the onsite moving (including wear). The large equipment shall be equipped with unified supports to distribute the weight to avoid permanent deformation.

All environment conditions during transportation and storage shall be considered for the equipment and package, such as salt mist, sea wave, gale, ice, snow and frost etc.

5.6.1 Package and protection

The devices and equipment components provided by countries except for the country of the buyer shall be packed by containers and transported and delivery in a shipping applicable way. 

Before transportation, the devices and equipment shall be fully protected and packed to guarantee no damage during transportation. The protective and packing methods shall endure all possible situations during transportation. The packing boxes and crates shall be selected depending on their own natures.

The exposed parts and bearing surfaces shall be protected by anti-rust varnish, grease with high melting point or similar temporary measures for anti-corrosion. Meanwhile, enough solvent shall be provided for removing the protective cover after the equipment is delivered to the site.  

All machined flanges and other faying surfaces shall be protected by blind plates.

All components shall be clearly marked in accordance with the packing list for identification. The packing list shall be put in waterproof envelopes which shall be put in each packing box and crate. The product qualification certificate and major technical specification table of goods shall also be kept in the waterproof envelopes.

Each packing box and crate shall be clearly marked with the weight, number, head and tail direction, transportation marks, carrying statement and hoisting marks.

Electrical distribution board, motor control center and control board shall be packed by air tight sealing bags provided with dehydrant and then put in shockproof packing box fixed by battens.

All openings of machineries shall be protected by wood, choke plugs or other proper methods to prevent foreign objects.

All cable lugs of electrical installations shall be installed with temporary choke plugs.

All power cables shall be equipped with cable heads and accessories.

Except for the cables in finished devices, other cables shall be treated by one of the following methods:

The cables shall be twined on the wood drums and the drums shall be sealed by battens.

The cables shall be spooled on the reels and then put into wood box in sequence. 

5.6.2 Storage of devices and equipment

   (1)The seller shall be responsible for discharge, storage and keep of the equipment on site.

(2)The seller shall be responsible for guaranteeing the storage of electrical installations and instruments meeting the environment requirements for storing equipment.

(3)The seller shall mark the name of the buyer, contract name and number on the outdoor equipment.

5.6 运输、包装、保管和储存

卖方从制造厂到交货地点的运输以及在现场移动过程中避免设备受到损伤（包括磨损），大型设备有统一的支撑来分散其重量以避免发生永久性变形。

设备及包装应充分考虑在运输、储存过程中的各种环境条件。如盐雾、海浪、大风及冰雪霜冻等条件的影响。

5.6.1 包装与保护

买方所在国家之外提供的装置和设备组件用集装箱包装和适应于海运条件，以利于到工程现场的运输和交货。

所有装置和设备运输前充分保护和包装以保证抵达工程现场时没有损伤。用于保护和包装的方式能经受运输过程中可能遇到的各种情况，并根据各自的性质选择适合的包装箱、板条箱。

露天部分和承压表面应采用防锈清漆、高熔点的油脂或类似的临时措施进行防腐保护。同时还满足提供足量的溶剂以便装置运抵现场后能除去保护层。

所有机械加工的法兰和其他吻合面均采用盲板保护。

所有装置组件按照装箱清单清楚标注以便识别，装箱清单置于防水信封中，放在每个包装箱、板条箱内。防水信封中还放置产品合格证、货物主要技术规格表。

每个包装箱、板条箱都清楚的标明其重量、编号、头尾方向、运输标志和搬运说明或吊装标志。

电气配电盘、电动机控制中心、控制盘等在放入包装箱前用有脱水剂的气密密封袋包装，然后放置于防震的、用板条紧固的包装箱内。

所有机械装置的开口采用木板、塞头或其他适合的方法保护，以防外物进入。

电气装置的所有电缆接线头都安装临时塞头。

每根电力电缆都配备电缆头及附件。

除了在成品装置中已配好的电缆，每根电缆采用下列方法之一：

缠绕包装在木滚筒上，滚筒四周用木条封好

在卷轴上卷好，依序装进木箱中

5.6.2 装置和设备的存放

   （1）卖方负责所有供货设备现场的卸货、存放、保管工作。

（2）卖方负责电气装置和仪表设备的存放符合设备存放的环境要求。

（3）卖方对存放在室外的设备，在其上标注买方的名称以及合同名称和编号。
