8.2 Delivery of design data
8.2.1 When signing the contract, both parties shall confirm technical scheme, process flowchart, list and technical parameters of the supplied equipment and sketch drawing of installation of civil work meeting the technical requirements of contract as the technical attachments of the contract.
8.2.2 Within 15 days after the contract takes effect, the seller shall provide the following modified and verified data to meet the demand of engineering design of the buyer.
1) Systematical description, functional description and technical specifications of the technical scheme;
2) Process flowchart of the supplied equipment (P&ID);
3) Outline drawings, general layout and assembly drawings of the supplied equipment;
4) Detailed technical data and samples of the supplied equipment, including calculating data of the main equipment;
5) Load, basic dimension and sketch drawing of the main equipment;
6) Characteristic curve and technical data of operating conditions of the supplied equipment;
7) Arrangement plan of measuring instruments, adjusting valves and control valves;
8) Detailed list and technical parameters of the supplied equipment and main materials;
9) The seller shall provide the process design conditions corresponding to the supplied equipment to meet the design requirements of civil work, electric, automatic control, water supply and drainage, heating and ventilation, and dynamic of the buyer;
The process flowchart shall show the technical parameters, such as pressure, temperature, flow and pipe diameter;
l The arrangement plan shall include the external dimension and position of equipment, equipment loading position, floor opening position and dimension, height of operating platform, position and other parameters;
Basic dimensional drawing of the equipment; and
The electric power, water, gas and fuel consumption table of equipment shall be provided and the types and specifications of the required voltage, hydraulic pressure, atmospheric pressure and oil shall be explained.
10) Other data for design.
8.2.3 Within 45 days after the contract takes effect, the seller shall provide the following data to meet the demands of detailed engineering design by buyer.
Detailed data of the supplied equipment and external interface pipeline, including the specification parameter of interface pipeline, interface position, interface detailing and technical requirements;
Detailed assembly drawings and the pipeline arrangement plan of supplied equipment, local instruments, adjusting valves, control valves etc.;
Technical requirements put forward by subcontractors responsible for the buyer;
Connection diagram of the generator and the motor control center, connection diagram of control protection, external cable connection diagram, signal interface requirements meeting the remote control, control system diagram etc.;
Connection diagram of local instruments and control equipment;
All supplied equipment, including instruments, product sample and installation and operation instructions of valves;
Design requirements for the detailed design of civil work, electric, automation, ventilation, illumination, fire prevention, water supply and drainage etc.; and
Other data for design.
8.2.4 Ten files and two CDs on the above data shall be provided in total.
8.3 Delivery of equipment data
Within 30 days before loading and transporting the supplied equipment, the seller shall submit the following technical documents, drawings and certificates to the buyer.
1) Regulations, codes and standards for designing, manufacturing, installing and testing the supplied equipment;
2) The final technical data, outline drawings, assembly drawings and installation drawings of the supplied equipment, including components list, material list and weight;
3) Single line drawings and connection drawings of electric equipment;
4) The list of the supplied equipment and materials;
5) Reports of factory inspection and tests, certificates and product certificates prescribed by contract;
6) Installation operation instructions of the supplied equipment;
7) Operation and maintenance manual of the supplied equipment;
8) Calculation sheets and characteristics and curves of operating conditions of the supplied equipment, including performance curve, efficiency curve etc.;
9) List of special tools prescribed by the contract and the list of consumables and maintenance parts during the warranty period; and
10) Detailed package, identification and transport scheme of equipment or parts.
Ten files and two CDs on the above data shall be provided, wherein three files and one CD shall be delivered to the buyer by special express by the seller, and others shall be delivered with the equipment.

8.2设计资料的交付

8.2.3 合同生效后的45天内，为满足买方开展工程详细设计的需要，卖方提供下列资料：
供货设备与外部接口管线的详细资料。包括接口管线规格参数，接口位置，接口详图和技术要求。
供货设备和就地仪表、调节阀门、控制阀等的安装详图和管线布置图。
卖方对买方负责的其他合同分包商相关部分提出的技术要求。
发电机和电动机控制中心的接线图、控制保护接线图、和外部电缆接线图、满足远方控制的信号接口要求及控制系统图等。
就地仪表和控制设备接线图。
所有供货设备，包括仪表，各种阀门的产品样本和安装使用说明书。
对土建、电气、自动化、通风、照明、防火和给排水等相关专业的详细设计提出设计要求。

8.2.4 上述资料共提供10份文件和2份光盘。

1）供货设备设计、制造、安装和检验所依据的规程、规范和标准。
2）供货设备最终的技术资料、外形图、装配图和安装图，包括零件清单、材料清单、重量。
3）电气设备单线图和接线图。
4）供货设备和材料的清单。
5）合同规定的工厂检查和试验的报告书、证书和产品合格证。
6）供货设备的安装使用说明书。
7）供货设备的运行和维修手册。
8）供货设备的各种计算书和各种运行工况特性、曲线、包括性能曲线、效率曲线等。
9）本合同所规定的专用工具清单和在保证期内负责的易耗和维护备件的清单。
10）详细设备或部件的包装、标识、运输方案。
