8.4 Requirements for the manual of design, operation and maintenance
The seller shall provide the following manuals:
8.5.1 Design manual
Systematical flowchart and schematic diagram;
Operating principle, method and chain requirements of system;
Design standards (for example, the seller’s standard is different from the regulated standards);
Model, manufactory, the technical requirements for water and gas supply of performance and technical data shall be marked in the equipment list and material list etc.; and
Function, pattern, manufactory, model and measurement range shall be marked in the control equipment list.
8.5.2 Operation manual
Explanations of operating procedure, debugging, trial run, normal operation, shutdown, standby and emergency state;
Variable normal scope of the system;
Operation limit;
Requirements for test and check.
8.5.3 Maintenance manual
Repair and maintenance schedule for the equipment provided by the seller;
The table of equipment lubrication parts and lubrication schedule, table of brand and performance parameters of lubricating oil (or grease), including the requirements and explanations;
Detailed instructions for the dismantling, repairing and assembling equipment, test and inspection instructions before production, including space(hot and cold state) and /or tolerance of combination assembly, gear adjustment, bearing adjustment and balance;
Instructions of recommendation process for equipment clean;
Calibration requirements and processes of measuring, testing equipment and instruments.
9 Technical exchange meeting
To coordinate the problem of advance and integrity of technical interface and set in design and equipment manufacturing, the design intention of both parties shall be communicated and technical data shall be handed over for smooth link and guaranteeing the design quality. Several technical exchange meetings shall be held in accordance with the project demands and presided by the buyer with the attendance of the design institute and the seller.
The bidding documents have no definite agreement, and this content shall be drawn up in accordance with the technical exchange meetings of bidding document 2.10.
10 Spare parts and special tools
10.1 Spare parts
The cost of spare parts shall be included in the bid price. Refer to attachment 1 sub-item price for the price of spare parts .
The required special tools and special testing equipment shall be provided for the installation, adjustment, dismantlement, tests and maintenance of the supplied equipment.
11 Training and technical services
11.1 Training
10） The seller shall appoint the skilled and competent technicians to carry out the technical training for the buyer’s technicians in the manufactory and on site for comprehensive knowledge on process operation, debugging and maintenance.
11） During training and inspection, the seller shall provide the necessary inspection instruments, tools, technical data and drawings for the buyer for free.
12） During training and equipment inspection in the manufactory, the seller shall take the necessary measures to guarantee the safety of the buyer’s technicians in the manufactory.
13） The training shall be carried out in the manufactory of the seller and on engineering site.
14） The training content shall include the introduction to structure, running performance, operation procedure, safety measures, maintenance procedure and methods of the main equipment, and software function and development of the monitoring system. The training methods shall include theoretical lectures and actual operations. Refer to 11.2 for the training content.
15） The seller shall provide the formal training manuals in Chinese and English versions for the trainees. The training manuals shall be mailed to the buyer by special express within 8 weeks before the start of the training.
16） Domestic and onsite training plan
17） The overseas traveling expenses of the manufactory trainers shall be undertaken by the seller and included in the bid price. The unit price and total price shall be listed separately on the bidding documents.

9 技术交流会
为协调设计和设备制造的技术接口及配套的先进性和完整性问题。沟通双方的设计意图和交接设计技术资料，使双方能很好的衔接，保证设计质量。将根据项目需要召开几次技术交流会，该会议由买方主持，设计院和卖方共同参加。

10 备品备件和专用工具
10.1 备品备件
备品备件的费用包括在投标价格内。备件价格见附件1分项报价。
提供供货设备的安装、调整、拆除、试验和维修所需要的专用工具和特殊的试验设备。
11 培训和技术服务
11.1培训
1） 卖方将指派技术熟练的称职的技术人员在制造厂和现场对买方技术人员进行技术培训使其获得有关工艺操作、调试和维修的全面知识。
2） 在培训和检验期间，卖方将向买方人员免费提供必要的检测仪器、工具、技术资料、图纸。
3） 在制造厂培训和设备检验期间，卖方采取必要措施保证买方技术人员在制造厂的安全。
4） 培训包括在卖方的制造厂和在工程现场的二个阶段的培训。
5） 培训内容包括介绍主要设备的结构、运行性能、操作程序、安全措施和维护修理程序和方法、监控系统的软件功能和开发。培训方式包括理论讲课和实际操作。培训内容见11.2
6） 卖方为培训人员提供正规的培训手册，进口设备的培训手册和国内设备的培训手册为中英文。培训手册在培训开始前8周，用专用快递邮寄给买方。
7） 国内和现场的培训计划。
8） 制造工厂培训人员的国外差旅费由卖方承担，包括在投标价格内，并在投标文件中分项列出单价和总价。
