11.2 Training plan in the manufactory
To make the buyer’s operators own the excellent operation and maintenance skill so as to make the gas generating sets run steadily in good condition, the seller shall provide the four-week gas engine training and the two-week parallel operation system training in German MWM company.
- Gas engine training
The training of equipment includes the following five parts:
Theoretical and technical training of gas engine
Operation training of the TCG2032 unit
Theoretical and operation training of TEM cabinet
Maintenance training of the TCG2032 unit
Simple failure recovery training of the TCG2032 unit
Theoretical and technical training of gas engine
To make the operators know the gas generating unit, use and operate it correctly, the bidder shall provide detailed training to introduce the theory and technology of gas generator and the composition of TCG2032 series unit. The main content is as following:
