11.3 Technical services
1) The seller shall send the skilled and competent experts or technicians who can work on the site for a long time to the project site to carry out the technical services prescribed by the contract. The technical services shall include assembling, mechanical detection, debugging, performance testing instruction, equipment operation and maintenance etc.
2) The seller’s technicians shall explain the technical documents, drawing, operation manual, equipment performance analysis, maintenance methods and notices in details, and shall answer and solve the technical questions put forward by the buyer in the scope of the contract. The seller’s technicians shall also instruct and help the buyer to carry out installation, debugging, operation, maintenance, analysis and inspection.
3) The onsite technicians shall abide by the unified arrangement of the site and construction schedule.
4) The seller shall inspect the lubricating oil of the supplied equipment for free in accordance with the maintenance requirements of the unit.
11 Engineering change
If the design institute modifies the design in accordance with the national laws and regulations, standard procedures and design codes, the cost of increased materials and extra construction shall not be changed. For example, the height of the unit exhaust pipe shall conform to the comments of the environmental protection department, and there may be the change between the actual scheme and bidding scheme.
12 Noise
The noise of the supplied equipment and the pollution to environment shall meet the requirements of Chinese environmental protection standards in running at the rated parameters of single or all equipment in the plant.

11.3 技术服务
1）卖方派遣技术熟练的、称职的、能长期在现场的专家或技术人员到项目现场进行合同所规定的技术服务，技术服务内容包括：安装、机械检测、调试、性能测试指导、设备操作和维护等。
2）卖方的技术人员将详细解释技术文件资料、图纸、操作手册、设备性能分析、维修方法及注意事项等，并回答和解决买方提出的在合同范围内的有关技术问题。卖方技术人员还指导和帮助买方人员进行安装、调试、操作、维修、分析和检验。
3）现场技术服务人员服从现场和工程进度的统一安排。
4）卖方按照机组的维修要求免费对供货设备的润滑油进行检验。
11 工程变更
设计部门依据国家法律法规、标准规程、设计规范，所做出的设计修改，增加的材料和施工费用不予调整。例如：机组排烟管道高度必须符合环保部门批复意见，实际和投标方案会发生变化。
12 噪声
卖方所供设备的噪音和对环境的污染在额定参数运行时，单台和全厂所有设备运行时，满足中国环保标准的要求。
