3.4 唛头Shipping Mark

卖方应在每一包装箱四个侧面以不易褪色的油漆印刷标志，以醒目的英文印刷字注明下列内容；不包装的商品应挂上金属牌，牌上用不褪色的油漆写明唛头、尺码、毛重、净重和件号。

The Seller shall mark the following on the four adjacent sides of each package with indelible paint in conspicuous English printed words. 3.5 运输 Delivery

3.5.1 FOB汉堡港（国际贸易术语2000版）

3.5.2 卖方应，以传真或快递通知买方合同号、货物名称、包装箱数量、货物数量、毛重、总体积（立方米）、每个包装箱的尺寸（长X宽X高）和重量、货物的价值、发货港、货物备齐日期，以及其它在运输和仓储中的特殊要求或注意事项等事宜。如有危险货物，卖方应以传真或单独的快递通知买方货物性质、运输的注意事项，以及发生事故时应采取的措施。如果因卖方提供的信息不准确而造成装卸过程中的问题，卖方应对此负责。The Seller shall, notify the Buyer by fax or express mail of Contract No., name of Goods, number of package, quantity, total gross weight, total volume (cubic meters), and each package dimension (Length X Width X Height) and weight, total value of shipment, date of readiness for shipment and any special requirements and attention for the Goods during transportation and storage. 3.5.6 买方应负责办理清关手续，将卖方提供的进口设备及其所有备件从天津新港安全运至安装现场，以及负责提供符合设备安装要求的现场条件。The Buyer shall be responsible for conducting Customs clearance and delivering the Goods and all spare parts to Site and provide the proper site condition to Seller.
