1. Compilation of materials: on the basis of the careful compilation of all of the materials, the contents of documents will be listed in a detailed manner;

2. Professional verification: to make an accurate and professional verification and to fill the discipline category and characteristics of materials in the list;

3. Classification: to select and assign the same or similar contents from different documents to one specific translator or one specific group of translators;   

4. Unification of terms: while compiling materials, all of the terms from the entire project will be collected in a word list for translators. In cases where a translator prefers another expression for a certain term, he will use the term in the list regardless, and also note the preferred expression in the translation for further adjustment during the final compilation.

5. Unification of format: while assigning materials, the translation format requirement is sent to each translator simultaneously. This saves typesetting time.

6. Submission in batches: to provide convenience for customers while reviewing the translation. For instance, a customer is waiting for the translation of tender document to draft his bidding proposal. We require our translators to submit the translation in batches, and then submit the translation after proofreading and typesetting to customers in batches as well.
