By far the best translations company I have dealt with.
I’m an author and I have my manuscripts translated before sending them to publishers in different parts of the world. This company gives me accurate translations into Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean and Thai.

Reasonable rates and good quality.
You won’t pay an arm and a leg with this company. They are affordable but they also provide good quality translations. The only issue I had was that once specific items had been changed when they were being translated from English to Chinese.

In terms of your one issue about the changing of specific items in an English to Chinese translation – please let us explain. There are certain cultural differences between China and much of the Western world. In China, particular numbers and letters may represent negative symbols. These should always be avoided – especially with marketing and branding materials. If you notice things like this being changed by our translators – it’s probably due to the localization they provide in an attempt to make your materials culturally appropriate for the Chinese market. Usually, any changes we make are clearly noted with an explanation provided – if this was not the case – that’s our mistake and we’ll do better next time. We always strive to make sure we communicate openly with clients about their translated materials. We will make sure to do a better job of this with your future projects. Have a great day!
